Using TradeMatch

TradeMatch Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using TradeMatch. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Marketplace role

TradeMatch helps clients discover verified tradesmen and manage job requests. TradeMatch is not a party to private agreements between clients and tradesmen and does not guarantee workmanship, availability, pricing, or job outcomes.

User content

You are responsible for the job details, profile information, reviews, images, and previous project content you submit. Content must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate for a trade marketplace.

Moderation

TradeMatch may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove profiles, previous projects, reviews, or other content to protect users and maintain marketplace quality.

Client and tradesman conduct

Users must communicate honestly, respect privacy, avoid spam or harassment, and use contact information only for the related job or marketplace interaction.

Availability

TradeMatch aims to provide a reliable service but may change, suspend, or interrupt features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TradeMatch is not liable for indirect losses, disputes between users, or outcomes of services arranged outside the platform.

Changes

TradeMatch may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
